
AlNassr Ladies Team Achieves Women's Premier League for Third Time in a Row
Assistant Sport Minister for Sports Affairs Adwa Al-Arifi crowned on Wednesday AlNassr Club with the Women's Premier League Championship for the 2024-2025 season. This achievement followed their impressive 6-0 victory over Al-Taraji Club in a match held at AlAwwal Park Stadium in Riyadh. The six goals of the match were scored by the two stars, Clara and Duda.
In a statement on this occasion, Al-Arifi emphasized the significant advancements made in women's football within the Kingdom, commending the ongoing support from the wise leadership that played a crucial role in this achievement.
Vice President of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation Lamia Bahaian extended her congratulations to AlNassr ladies team for their trophy victory, commending the performance levels exerted by all clubs and wishing the players continued success in future tournaments.
Meanwhile, CEO Majid AlJamaan extended his congratulations to the players, technical staff, and fans for this remarkable achievement, emphasizing that AlNassr ladies are consistently making history each season.
"They serve as a remarkable and honored example, showcasing the progress of women's sports in the Kingdom overall and football specifically," AlJamaan added.
The ladies team of AlNassr Club has achieved a remarkable feat by breaking its record for the most goals scored in a single season, totaling 70 goals.
